ASAB Validated Courses

To assist those wishing to identify courses that fulfill the academic requirements of ASAB certification, the Accreditation Committee has adopted a system for validating courses. Individuals who graduate from courses that have been formally validated under this scheme, with the appropriate level of degree, are recognised by the Accreditation Committee as having fulfilled the academic requirements of ASAB certification. A list of validated courses will be available shortly.

ASAB has agreed that such graduates can call themselves probationary ASAB clinical animal behaviourists. Exact requirements for recognition as a ‘probationary CAB can be found here.

Course providers wishing to find out more about the requirements for validation, and the process of applying for validation can find them here.

An application form can be found here.
